These physiotherapist-led sessions are delivered in a 1-on-1 environment in our strength and conditioning gym. These sessions are sold in packages, and include a self care plan with weekly check-ins. The five (5) primary goals of these sessions are to:

  1. Elevate your physical resilience capacity - Progress your strength, stability, stamina, and resistance to stress

  2. Elevate your athleticism - Increased proprioception and sports-specific training

  3. Achieve lasting progress - Fix the underlying root cause of your pain once and for all

  4. Achieve both musculoskeletal health & fitness goals - Eliminate recurring pain, increase your muscle mass and cardiovascular health, decrease inflammation throughout your body, and improve your gut health

  5. Decrease your physiological & metabolic age - Improve your body composition, lower your BMI, and reduce your risk of lifestyle related diseases like cancer and heart disease.
