lifecare coaching
These sessions look and feel like a personal training session, however these sessions are specifically for those who are looking for a more integrated approach (learn and train at the same time). Many of our existing clients are those who felt lost between the ‘fit care’ world (primarily fitness designed for those under 30) and ‘sick care’ world (told you cannot do something because of your condition but feel better when you are active), as they would commit time and energy to training, but would still be in pain. Our LifeCare coach will open your eyes to a new way to not only take care of your physical, mental and social imbalances, but to also help you become more proactive in building a healthier, wealthier, and more sustainable future for yourself.
